Have you ever tried to break a habit and found it more difficult than you expected?  Have you ever been part of a change effort at your workplace or in a social change movement that didn't work out as planned?

If your answer to either of these questions is "yes," this workshop is for you.

Overcome your immunity to change.

Based on the book by the same title by Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey, this workshop helps you reflect on your own "immunity to change."  Through an experiential, interactive process, participants will identity goals they would like to achieve, uncover their own "immune" systems, and discover how to break the grip of their immunity to change.  They will then identify goals of  a group in which they participate, uncover their group’s “immune” systems, and discover how to break the grip of their group’s immunity to change.

We offer this program on a sliding scale of $50-$150:
    •    Help cover our material and food costs: $50.
    •    Help cover all of our costs: $100.
    •    Cover the cost of the workshop and help another participant: $150
A limited number of full scholarships are available. Please contact info@stillharbor.org for information.

Lunch included.
