In the spirit of health and hope and in honor of the 26th celebration of World AIDS Day this past Monday, we are sharing this inspiring collection of prayers and meditations with you. Still Harbor honored the occasion by guiding an interspiritual meditation on healing and transformation as part of the Medicine Wheel Productions’ World AIDS Day/A Day With(Out) Art Vigil. How did you reflect on the history and progress of the HIV/AIDS movement and stand in solidarity with those whose lives have been impacted by the epidemic?

‘Hope’ is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul
And sings the tune without the words
And never stops
at all
And sweetest
in the Gale
is heard
And sore must be the storm
That could abash the little Bird That kept so many warm
I’ve heard it in the chillest land
And on the strangest Sea
Yet
never
in Extremity, It asked a crumb
of me.
