Supervision

As you continue to learn and grow, it is essential to work with a supervisor who is experienced and shares a similar understanding and values around spiritual direction. We are fortunate to have a number of skilled, graduated directors who are available to provide supervision.

We will help connect you with trusted friends of the program who we view as experienced and well-suited for this role. Establishing this relationship early on is an important part of your development and ongoing support.

 Consultation

At Still Harbor, we have a long history of supporting nonprofit organizations. We believe that integrating wellness practices is essential to sustaining a healthy and effective community.

Our instructors and alumni are available to offer consultation, drawing on their experience to help organizations cultivate resilience, balance, and long-term impact.

Practicum

Still Harbor offers a nine-month Spiritual Direction Practicum designed for spiritual caregivers and politicized healers from underrepresented identities, diverse communities, and varied lived experiences. Beginning October 2026, the certificate program provides comprehensive training for those seeking to become spiritual directors. Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Still Harbor, recognizing their formation in a rigorous, practice-based program that integrates spiritual depth with a commitment to social transformation.
