3 Practices for Spiritual Resilience
Post Election 2020: Still Harbor Offering
This week... well, it's been a week.
For many of us who are spiritually-grounded organizers, healers, space holders, and justice activists, the stark division and widespread anti-Black racism in the United States revealed by the election this week is no surprise. Yet it can be overwhelming to hold space for others' shock at the results and to wonder what kind of transformation is even possible.
Many of us are exhausted and seeking ways to conserve energy in these early post-election days.
It is moments like this when our spiritual resilience feels of the utmost importance. Which is why we we're offering you this reflection from Perry:
Our hope is that one or more of these suggested contemplative practices will energize you to hold fast to the fight for justice and change, not just today but also in the weeks, months, and years ahead.
Wishing you a week filled with fluidity, equanimity, connection, and love.
With love,
Perry, Marchaé & Lauren
